Miss A fought me tooth and nail during her session and reveal. Letting go of the bullshit society teaches us about our body is SO hard. Stepping back and viewing your body as someone else would is SO hard.

At my reveal, I tell my clients that they need to look at themselves as if it's someone else, because the shit we say to ourselves we would NEVER say to anyone else. You would never look at someone and pick them apart the way you do yourself. It's so important to take a step back and let ourselves be. It is okay for your body to take up any amount of space, contrary to what you might think.
