I love chances to showcase not only be beauty of an Iowa sunset, but an Iowa babe being blessed by the sun as it goes below the horizon. There’s just something about the way light hits bodies that just makes me go crazy with inspiration! We decided to do this session a little later so that some of the photos would be with headlights and it turned out SO amazing!
Miss M was such a blast and I loved meeting with her AND her fiance at the reveal! When your partner is your biggest hype person and cheerleader, it seriously shows that y’all have something long-lasting. I have had partners come to reveals and bring the mood down, so I always tell my peeps to make sure WHOEVER they bring, that it’s someone who’s going to hype them up!
Her soon-to-be-husband was literally the model hype man. He told her what he loved about the photos, when her mind went elsewhere, and seeing him empower her right before my eyes was TRULY such an incredible experience!

Because of the amazing humans who trust us with such a vulnerable part of them, we get to stay home with our beautiful kiddos during a scary time.
